Mariposa Village

Mariposa Village is a brand-new, intergenerational housing community in Hood River, offering 129 affordable apartments and townhomes. The thoughtfully designed campus fosters community connections with flexible indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as on-site services and programming to support residents and their households. Mariposa Village is a Community For All Ages, nurturing a healthy, supportive, and community-focused lifestyle where people of all ages can live, work, play, and thrive.

Mariposa Village provides 129 apartment homes, ranging from studios to three-bedroom townhomes. Our homes are available to households earning up to 60% of the area median income or below. To qualify, households must meet certain income requirements. If your income qualifies based on the chart below, your anticipated monthly rent range is outlined on our Floor Plans page.

Mariposa Village is a Community for All Ages (CFAA), meaning we put people first by creating spaces and programming that connects residents across generations. Mariposa Village has a neighborhood park with a children’s playground and community garden spaces. Thoughtfully designed with respect for its surroundings, Mariposa Village includes walking trails and preserves the site’s wetlands, creating a natural connection to the land and the broader neighborhood.
